 I would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued love and support throughout this crisis. Being a small business, all of you are our lifeline. The continued loyalty and support that has been shown means the world to us. Your actions help to ensure our business can continue to open its doors to you, once all of this subsides. For that, we could not be more appreciative. As the climate around COVID19 changes by the day, sometimes by the hour, we want to let you know we are constantly evolving to keep you safe, nurtured, and up to date with us.
      1) Personal Esthetics has limited the amount of sessions per day for the month of March. We are only taking three of our clients per day, while keeping one hour between appointments so no client crosses paths the other. This way the entire studio, treatment room, door handles, equipment, bedding, etc are all completely replaced and sanitized after each client. If you have previously booked, please be understanding as we rearrange appointments to adhere with these guidelines.
      2) Members and clients forgoing their treatments for March and/ or April, will receive a care package of medical grade skincare of equal value to the cost of their membership or treatment. This will be in the form of: A) Guided At-Home Facial Kit with a Mini Peel or Deep Hydration Treatment customized for the client or B) A care package of full-size medical grade skincare.
     The option for a guided at-home facial will include a care package of properly portioned product (depending on the facial prescribed), and a scheduled video/call to guide you through your at-home Facial. This is a great option for the Mini-Peel, Acne Facial, Anti-Aging, and Hydration Facials
     The option for the care package will be an individually curated selection of medical grade skincare to implement into your current home care regimen.
     A phone call will be made to each member, or previously scheduled client, to decide a regimen and skin care package that will fit best and to confirm shipment addresses.
    *** If you are not a current member, and you would like to participate in the Guided Facial, you must first complete a Video Chat Consultation for us to properly customize your kit. This can be scheduled online on our booking system.
     *** At-Home Guided Facials may be gifted, so long as the gift recipient is able to participate in the Video Chat/Call Consultation (before shipment) and the Video Chat for the Guided Facial.

3) Clients whom already have booked appointments will receive a phone call to confirm. We are still waiving our 24 hour cancellation policy, allowing up until the moment of one’s scheduled treatment to cancel for any reason! Although, if no notifications is given it will still be marked as no show.
     3A) If for any reason, one would like to cancel their membership in an upcoming month, notice must be received by the first of the previous month, as all membership charges are automated. We are unable to reverse any charges. Please be mindful of this and make appropriate changes ahead of time.
     3B) A text. e-mail, phone conversation, or voicemail all suffice as proper scheduling communication.
